Keith, I will try to do one more pass at GS8 and do a pull request for everything tomorrow. I want to be clear that I am not claiming that any of the chapters are ready to be published. I made several decisions in defining the template that should be reviewed and quite possibly revised. I will include a copy of the template in the review folder. I do think it is time for another set of eyes to look at the documents, suggest revisions to the general layout and look for errors. Francis
