The .odm file and GS1 - GS12 have had the template AOO41GS.ott applied and all (I hope) manual formatting removed. The main change is use of DejaVu fonts. All figures have been reviewed and updated, usually for outdated openoffice.org text. References to the Sidebar have been extensively added. GS8, the Base chapter, has been largely rewritten.
