New folder structure

Keith - I see you made an OldNamingConvention folder in the Writer Guide
and moved some files into it. Since this was done after my commits 887145d
and d8e6530, I get the impression those commits caused some problems. I'm
sorry if they did. All I meant to do is update my local repository with
your most recent changes and then commit the latest edits to AOO41WG8.odt.
I didn't touch any other files as far as I know. Did my commits cause a
problem?
