Keith, Apologies for the delay in answering. Your email ended up in my spam folder, which I didn't check until today. The solution to your problem: there is an unnecessary Section break on page 24. The easiest way to get rid of it is to go to Format > Sections on the Menu bar. In the Edit Sections dialog, click Remove, then OK. You should then be able to delete the extra paragraph marks and thus the extra pages. Jean
