I incorporated your changes in my copy of the guide, though I left the two
different formats of the cross references as they were. I've spent so much
time checking cross references, I didn't want to do anything with them that
wasn't absolutely necessary. Thanks for catching the different coloring of
the Tip and Note tables in chapter 11. I never would have noticed that.
Michael and Michele are working on the Impress guide and are making quick
work of them. Would you be interested in looking through those?
