I just pushed the final version of the Calc guide. More improvements are always possible, but it's time to get this much-reviewed document on the website. All the files are in the ForWiki folder of the repository. I don't yet have access to the Wiki. If someone else has access and the time to publish the documents, I'd very much appreciate them doing that.
