DOCBOOK-APPS: Converting Frame to docbook

Hi,

I have quite a few framemaker documents that I would like to convert to
docbook. I could just save them as text files but the docs are from a
Mac and the CRLF are different and the converter doesn't save table
data.

I'm on Linux and am currently using Emacs/PSGML, Docbook XML, and the
Java based XML toolchain. This includes Xalan and FOP. I would like to
not lose any text but don't mind marking up things by hand.

Any help would be welcome,
