Hi, in attachment there is updated version of HTML Help support. It contains some small bug-fixes (generating TOC entries for refentries, articles inside book, ...) and support for specifying output directory via base.dir parameter. More verbose documentation in separate file is also included. Bug reports and feature requests are welcomed.
