It seems no one answered your question... but, well, *both* versions
of Jade are and to my knowledge always have been available for Unix.

You can find OpenJade at:

and James Clark's original Jade at:

  http://www.jclark.com/jade/

In the download sections of both pages you will find information 
about downloading a Unix/Linux version.
