This is what I use to link to the feedback page :
<xsl:param name="feedback.href">mail.html?page=</xsl:param>
<xsl:param name="feedback.with.ids" select="1"/>
<xsl:param name="feedback.link.text">Contacter le webmaster</xsl:param>
I put this in my customization stylesheet, not in the XML source.
