DOCBOOK-APPS: Table alignment and valign="middle"

Hi,

It seems that part of the mystery with alignment of graphics in tables 
is that openjade 1.3 (even the patched one from RedHat) does nothing at 
all with the  valign="middle" attribute on an <entry ...> tag.

So, JadeTeX cannot do anything when there is nothing for it to work with.
