DOCBOOK-APPS: Copyright notice on each HTML page?

Each HTML page in the online version of DocBook has a copyright notice
at the bottom. How is this accomplished?

I checked the DocBook SGML sources, and the style subdirectory, and
didn't see anything. 

Is how to do this documented (and I just missed it), or is this a
customization?
