DOCBOOK-APPS: Sun Resolver classes released

I'm pleased to announce that the set of Java classes that I wrote to
implement the OASIS XML Catalogs Committee Specification[1] for SAX
entityResolver() and JAXP URIResolver()s have been released[2].
