Just by making a "simple-page-sequence" you are defining a new flow object, wich
will began in a new "page":
(define ($component$)
(make simple-page-sequence ;; Here's the start of Flow Object
page-n-columns: %page-n-columns%
page-number-restart?: (or %page-number-restart%
(book-start?)
(first-chapter?))
etc...
