In an <article lang="fr"> document, I correctly get hyphenations for all words, except if they are preceded from an article with an apostrophe (eg. "l'administration"). Is this a known problem ? Has this been fixed in jadetex 3.11 ?
I tried as a workaround to insert some TeX stuff after the apostrophe, in the hope that it would help TeX to recognize the word as such, but the best subst I found that would work was s/'/'\\ /, which gives wrong spacing. I could not find a zero-width space to put there (the "\," thin space did not help at all with the original problem).
