Hi all. I'm having several problems with DocBook PDFs generated by Xalan+FOP (xml.apache.org's solution):
- <ulink>s don't seem to be processed (I get no links nor URL in the PDF file) - I can't seem to generate a table of contents Are there XSL parameters that can be set to solve these problems? I've tried the to set to 1 (true) the various generate.*.toc parameters found in Norman's XSL documentation without results (FOP even crashes for some of them).
