hi all,
after reading the most recent index threads, i haven't found the
solution to my problem, unfortunately :(
i was able to generate a 10 page index but for some reason which eludes
me, about 10 terms show a "?" instead of the page number.
the typical index entry which doesn't work looks like this:
<para>
<indexterm><primary>auto-installation</primary><secondary>replay</secondary></indexterm>
...
</para>
as you can see, nothing "magical" about this: it's standard docbook.
does anyone have a clue of what's the problem?
