DOCBOOK-APPS: bop-footnotes

Hello,

I'm experiencing problems getting footnotes printed at the bottom of the
page. This problem has been discussed several times, but I couldn't find
a clear answer.

I (define bop-footnotes #t), but footnotes are still displayed at the
end of the chapter.

DSSSL 1.73, OpenJade 1.3. I do specify "-t tex".

Any ideas?
