Does anyone have a correctly working print backend that renders the example table in http://www.docbook.org/tdg/en/html/table.html correctly? I'm using jade/jadetex to produce pdf output. It appears that entries that are defined using "morerows" don't render properly. i.e. they don't span. The HTML output is perfect. Is this a known issue? Joe p.s.
