Hi, seems like you've hit something. I ran your files through OpenJade 1.3.1 on a freshly updated Cygwin installation - same result as you report. I also tried version 1.3.0 including a few patches that floated around back then - same result. So the bug is not a new one (but apparently was never found before). As a control I ran OpenJade(1.4devel)/OpenSP(1.5pre5) and Jade 1.2.1 on Debian - no segfault here.
I'll try to look into this, but in general I'm pretty clueless when I stare at the OpenJade sources.
