Title: xhtml: xmlns problem in <a href ... in sections

I am using XSL 1.49  to  publish to XHTML  with SAXON 6.5.1 and win2k pro.

I get this <a xmlns:.0="" .0:href=""http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/xml" .0:target="_top">section</a>
when the source is  <ulink url="http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/xml">section</ulink>

It append when the ulink is in a para in a section. But if the ulink is in a formalpara of a section, I have no problems.

Any idea ???
