DOCBOOK-APPS: Missing seperators in person.name.list

Hello Everybody!

Generating fo from docbook-xml with an articleinfo.authorgroup and more 
than one author in it, the fo-result is:

         <fo:block text-align="center">
           <fo:wrapper>
             <fo:wrapper>Peter Gabriel</fo:wrapper>
             <fo:wrapper>Marc Knopfler</fo:wrapper>
             <fo:wrapper>Elton John</fo:wrapper>
           </fo:wrapper>
         </fo:block>

without seperators "," and "and" (see common.xsl, line 517).

The PDF-result is than:

Peter GabrielMarc KnopflerElton John

But it should look like:

Peter Gabriel, Marc Knopfler and Elton John


I'm using XSL-Stylesheets Version 1.49.

Does anybody has an idea, what the solution is?
