I realize this is probably a Tex or pdfTeX or PassiveTeX problem, but I
figured this is probably a good forum for expertise in those areas, too,
so:
I'm having a little trouble running PassiveTeX against FO files produced
from my DocBook XML articles. The first run always gives me an error
Labels may have changed. Rerun to get cross-references right.
The toc in the PDF after this first run has double question marks (??) in
place of page numbers. Unfortunately, when I attempt to re-run, I get the
error
pdfTeX error (ext4): link annotations can't be nested.
followed shortly by
==> Fatal error occurred, the output PDF file not finished!
Any idea what's up?
