No, absolutely not. Saxon 7 is an *experimental* implementation of 
the unfinished *draft* of XSLT 2.0/XPath 2.0, and it's only a partial 
implementation at that. According to the main Web page, "The latest 
version is version 7.0. This is an experimental (and incomplete) 
implementation of the XSLT 2.0 and XPath 2.0 working drafts. Since 
neither the specifications nor the code are yet stable, this version 
is suitable only for experimental use." Saxon 6.5.1 is "The currently 
recommended version of the full Saxon product."
