Is it possible to render footnotes on the same pages at they occur in the text, instead of at the end of each chapter?
I'm using openjade, and the DSSSL stylesheets. Joe p.s. thanks for the answers on removing surplus spaces. I'll stick to removing them in the source sgml files, and take away cookies from my authors if they get it wrong ;).
