I use a similar structure. Of course, you could have the "goal" and "conclusion" be
<section>s within your chapters. I like to set them off a little bit and so I have
appropriated <important> for my conclusions. You can change the graphic your
stylesheet loads so that it is appropriate for a conclusion.
