It is a bug in FOP. I suppose I will just have to wait for the next
release, as the current CVS doesn't work at all. I can fix it by
inserting page-breaks in the FO text, by hand, but that is clearly not a
solution.

More important is, that I can't create the PDF version of many of my
documents with the last release of the style.
I get 'no more DTM-Ids available'. This is something from Xalan. Doesn't
happen with Saxon and not with all documents. Version 1.55.0 works fine.
