Specify the use.id.as.filename parameter.

I use html/chunk.xsl for generating a
multi-file HTML output.
Well, even if I define chapters like this
<chapter id="myChapter">
...
</chapter>
...I alway get ch01.html instead of myChapter.html.
Does anybody know how to work around this?
I'm using libxslt 1.0.22-3.
