DOCBOOK-APPS: Windows Help Files: Output character not available

Hi list,
I get an error, when I try to generate Windows Help files for a DocBook document containing: ™ (Trademark).
The error is:
Writing toc.hhc
Error at xsl:copy-of on line 326 of file:/c:/docbook/xsl/html/chunker.xsl:
Output character not available in this encoding (decimal 8482)
Transformation failed: Run-time errors were reported
Microsoft HTML Help Compiler 4.74.8702

The encoding for my document is ISO-8859-1 and if I remove the trademark sign it works. Anybody knows how to solve this?
