it seems there is a bug in the fo stylesheets. I maintain a FAQ where
I use revhistory in qandaentry (for reasons of a possible later
rendering automatism to mark the entries with new or changed ...).
As far as I could analyze the problem, the FAQ entries are rendered as
fo:list-block and revhistory always (also in other environments)
as fo:table. But fo:table is not an admissible child of fo:list-block.
Furthermore it would be very handy if one could switch on/off the
appearance of revision histories other than the main revision history
of an article or book (with the help of a parameter); the same for
HTML.
