DOCBOOK-APPS: passiveTeX extensions...

Hi volks,

I've tried to enable passivetex...

<xsl:param name="use.extensions" select="'1'"/>
<xsl:param name="passivetex.extensions" select="1"/>

... and after that, the resulting FO -> PDF just contain
the first 3 or 4 pages repeaded 2 or 3 times.

If I disable the passivetex extensions, the FO -> PDF
output is generated more ore less correctly. I say
"more ore less" because there are still problems with
tables and other stuff...

I'm missing something?

I'm using XSL stylesheets 1.60.1.
