Looking at our subversion logs, I see that the glossary fix (revision
6562 of the repository) touched only the html/glossary.xml file -

  http://docbook.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/docbook?view=rev&revision=6562

So I would think there are no other dependencies and it's safe to
just copy over the glossary.xml file.

But I defer to Mauritz on that (he's the one who made the actual fix).
