Sorry to ask the obvious, but does document B have a lang attribute on the
root element like document A?

Recently added a new DocBook book 'B' to the same directory as DocBook
book
'A' and after laying a fresh layout, ran the pdf build together. 'A' shows
the correct locale gen text (such as TOC, Chapter, etc, as specified in
ja.xml) but B shows the English equivalent. Otherwise 'B' looks correct.
What's going on? Please help!
