To my knowledge, the test files (written by Norm? Bob?) in svn (testdocs/test) are the only available set of documents written explicitly to test out (some aspect, guessing syntax and styling?) docbook.
Are they known to cover all corners of the element set please? No, not all combinations, but is the coverage pretty thorough?
