xmlroff (http://xmlroff.org) does okay with OpenType forts.  A user
recently switched to xmlroff just because it could handle his heavily
accented hebrew text [1], so there's a good chance it could handle your
fonts.

xmlroff is regularly tested against the DocBook testdocs, but xmlroff
still doesn't yet implement all of the basic FOs.
