This is interesting. The XML looks really docbookish (e.g.

Btw. the PDF examples look - no offense - not very convincing.
The look is a matter of stylesheet customization. I have successfully
used a tweaked version of the xmlresume DTD and stylesheets, see the
examples on this page:
