[docbook-apps] Hypertext links to PDF files

Hello,

I'm outputting .chm and .pdf files from .xml files (DocBook).
What DocBook element(s) would I use to link to an existing PDF file? The
file may or may not be in the same directory as the file from which I
want to link.
