[Moving this over to the docbook-apps mailing list where stylesheet issues are discussed]

Hi,
The $sequence param is not used in the setup of pagemasters, only when defining static areas inside a page sequence. For example, in the template with mode="running.head.mode" there are several fo:static-content elements created, one for each region for the different simple page masters, each of which has its $sequence param set to a value specific to its location in the fo:page-sequence-master.

We would need more details to understand how you are using the $sequence param.

Hi,

I have an weird problem using an custom user pagemaster. It seems that
the sequence information get somehow lost, when applying it to the
document. The $sequence variable is allways "first". Any steps I
missed when creating the pagemaster? I already tried to use the
original pagemaster with an "my-" prefix - same result.

Cheers, Tobias
