Creating individual PDF files from Docbook 5 XML files is, for the most part,
relatively straightforward (using FOP/Oxygen). What is not straightforward is
how to mark up custom PDF bookmarks in Docbook 5, that is, in addition to the
ones that are automatically generated.
For example, what we would like to have in the bookmark field:
Menu
Search (all docs)
Find (single doc)
Doc1
Doc2
Doc3
Etc.

I’ve tried searching for this information, but have not found anything other
than other people asking similar questions but not getting a useful answer.
