Can't get the titlepage customization example from here:
http://www.sagehill.net/docbookxsl/TitlePagePrint.html#TitlepageTableLayout
working. Layout works fine, but it's not pulling through the elements
at all, they are all empty e.g.
<xsl:apply-templates mode="book.titlepage.recto.auto.mode"
select="bookinfo/title"/>
is always blank
Any ideas?
