The html is rendered with the columns very narrow and changing the widths doesn't have any effect. The PDF on the other hand looks great. I'm using Saxon 6.5.5 and have the extensions turned on (and on the classpath). The graphics extension is working fine, so I'm pretty sure they are set up properly. Is there something I'm missing?
