Just built an fo output from docbook v5
and received:
[java] [error] Failed to create image
file:/styles/docbook/imagesnote.png of type null
[java] [error] java.io.FileNotFoundException:
/styles/docbook/imagesnote.png (No such file or directory)
Unable to find file imagesnote.png in the distribution?
