It is the basis for the DocBook system the group I work in uses. It
works on both *nix and Windows. It is Java-based.

It includes some basic customizations, example build.xml files, and a
basic catalog file.

The one thing it is missing is validation. We rely on the editor, oXygen
in our case, to validate before building.
