I've created a set of docbook files that take docbook and convert it to wiki format. The main format supported currently is MediaWiki, but they can be easily customized to support a variety of other formats. This is useful when you are using a wiki for crowd sourcing documentation and need to round trip the information. Thoughts, comments, etc are encouraged on the bug reported listed above.
