Hi I have a feeling I'm missing something obvious here so I think I'd better ask. My current client has a requirement that the table of contents for their material have a page break at the end. Is there any option I can set to require this? I don't think there's an obvious way to handle this using a processing instruction or the keep-together-... attribute. Am I missing something obvious?
