A round-trip InDesign to DocBook is IMHO wasting of time. We should realize
that ID is not a text processor, although sometimes used this way ;-) The
main purpose is laying out pieces of text, usually imported from different
sources (word processors, databases) and later composed with graphics into
the final output. What I can imagine to round-trip is that individual piece
of text, not the final page composition. And this step can be done (if
applicable) directly via text processor...
