I need to have footnotes in table titles (that's why I use<caption><para>) and figures in table cells (that's why I use <td><para>) and there should be a mean to have them both valid in docbook and xhtml11 output (I need xhtml11 because I am targeting IDPF epub content). Anyone has some suggestions (apart from postprocessing the html files)?
