Hello,

I might have some useful advice because I have seen this before, but I have
some questions first (my experience may not be applicable):

What operating system are you using?
What are you using to turn the output from the stylesheets into a .chm file?
Do you get different results if you set htmlhelp.use.hhk to 0?
