Hi,
Support for the cover element has not yet been added to the stylesheets. Currently
the only help in XSL is a pair of empty placeholder templates named 'front.cover' and
'back.cover' that are called at the beginning of a book and the end, respectively.
The front.cover template could be customized to generate a cover from the elements in
info (including cover), but you would need to write such a template yourself.
The stylesheets should provide at least some minimal processes of cover, though.
Could you please file a bug report on the SourceForge site to add coverage for cover?
Thanks.

On the result PDF, the image does not appears. In fact there is only the title and the
author.
The legal notice, copyright and ISBN appears on the second pages, as expected.
The image is readable (I use it successfully on this book).
What's wrong ?
Thanks in advance,
Regards,
Jacques
