One remark regarding zipping a epub file (at least if using Linux):
Always use '-0X' as command line options for zipping the 'mimetype'
file. Otherwise Linux zip will save extra file attributes and epubcheck
will complain about the resulting epub file.
Eventually I plan to make an online tutorial about it.
I'd like to see that!
